So, how does it work? If you’re an EDF customer, you’ll find a special link in your online account. Share it with your friends and family. Every time someone signs up using your link, both of you get £50 credit.
There’s no cap on how many friends you can refer. If five friends sign up, that’s £250 for you! Get ten friends, and you’re looking at a whopping £500. Pretty sweet, right?
You can send the link through email, WhatsApp, or even social media. Just keep in mind, there are some rules. Your friends need to use your unique link to sign up. If they don’t, you won’t get the reward.
EDF also says to share the link only with people you know. If they think you’re using it for business, they might not give you the credit. So, be smart about who you share it with!
Once your friend switches and pays their first bill, you both get the credit. It usually takes about four weeks, and you’ll get an email when it’s done. Just remember, if either of you closes the account before the credit is applied, the referral is canceled.
